How to have good dreams.

Many of us have such a hard time sleeping, but once we sleep we have bad, unpleasant dreams. These dreams may disturb us to the point where it can even ruin our whole day. Many don't know that mediation before sleep is a great way to clear the mind of all of the negative noise, person exchange, or experiences. Consider it a restart button on the body and the consciousness.

If you do not meditate yet or don't want to you can lay in nature for more than 15 min or more if it's comfortable and take in nature, Mother Earth's healing waves of love. As I told you this in the "Earth Day" youtube video what she does at night.

Lastly, if you cannot do either two I suggest you watch a nature movie for 15 min before bed and enjoy the good nights rest.
