Conscious Holiday Gift Ideas for Her

There are so many things out there, but which ones to choose from that is the question. Here is a concise list for your conscious living girl who may be difficult to shop for this Holiday season.  I picked a mix-match of things that are in for the year, but also some awesome classics. 

1. Say Ahhhh... to Spaaa - You cannot go wrong with this gift. Every girl looooves massages at the very least, but then you can get her a full package of massage, facial, mani-pedi, ect. This gift is a winner all the way. I suggest you first look in your local areas for a spa and the other option is to look in your nearest city. The best spa experience I've had in NYC has been the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. This includes; Package Includes Body Polish, Imperiale Relaxing Massage, and Radiance Facial. A Spa treatment anywhere can cost you anywhere from $75-$450 depending on your choice of location.

2. Keep her Safe - I love Fusion IONZ, I can't go without it because it's that good for me. As a healer I have sensitive hands, head, feet, body, everything! I am very sensitive to energy, especially one that emits electromagnetic radiation. Not to mention I have a 2 year old constantly trying to play with my phone. Some people don't feel the radiation off the phone, but just because you don't feel it doesn't mean it's not good for you. 3. A Love Rock - Rose Quartz Stone is known as the love stone. It helps the user feel a strong sense of self-worth, therefore being worth love. Rose quartz is the stone of universal love. It is also the stone of love in marriage. Rose Quartz opens the heart to love. It also helps as a rejuvenator to the skin. It is a lovely stone for a young person. You can give her a raw rose quartz, or you can get her jewelry with a rose quartz on it. I got my mother a rose quartz stone from Israel for her birthday last year. I think she loves it ;) This could go anywhere from $35-$2,500 depending on the quality of the stone.

4. The Camera - Who doesn't need a camera? Taking photos from a "real" camera is so worth it. If this girl is an artist, crafty, explorer, traveler, or new mommy to be you should definitely get her a new camera. I was given a Nikon the year I was pregnant and this baby is part of the family. This Nikon is on sale for $599.00 

5. Retreat with her - This gift is so thoughtful, I know when I received gifts like this they've been truly memorable.  I like the idea of having a spiritual retreat, a getaway to connect with your higher-self, to come to center again and come back a new. Try to find a transformative retreat. Look online, local natural awakenings magazine, go to your local spiritual shops, yoga centers, spas, and see what is going on.  The Omega Center in Rhinebeck, NY and Costa Rica has retreats all the time. This can go anywhere from $400 to $5,000. 

6. Subscription for Consciousness - Besides HGTV every blue moon, GAIAM TV is the only tv I watch. If your girl is into yoga & fitness, uplifting films, self transformation, thought provoking and inspiration content, latest in holistic health this is an amazing source of media. There is a special now for $7.95 a month for $95 a year.

7. Book of Knowledge - This book is amazing. It's so on point, it's fascinating. I think anyone would be interested in this book. It gives you a description of every individual based on their birthday in relationship to another individual based on their birthday. It's the bible of western astrology in relationships. You can find "Secret Languages of Relationships" by Gary Goldschneider,Joost Elffers at Barnes and Nobles for $26.

8. Power Up- Anyone who needs more juice on their phone while they are on the go, this is the perfect gift. I like how Madewell designed this triple c power card. It comes in pink and gold for now on Sale $29.50.

9. Bicycle Cruiser - This bicycle above, "Fashion Milano Lady" is just gorgeous. However, difficult to purchase as it's only sold in certain locations in Italy, but lets use it as an inspiration. I managed to find a less expensive California made bicycle called "KUBA Single Speed Ladies" is only $329.00

10. Give Her Convenience - Gloves have become a nuisance ever since the smart phones came out. These gloves are perfect for those times that you just need to use your phone without taking off your gloves. These Convertible Cashmere Gloves are perfect for that. You can find them on sale for $39.98.
