Today is Lion's Gate Portal opening up ascension energies that some of us can feel the buzz going through us.

What is the Lions Gate?
Lionsgate opens every year on August 8th to the 12th, when the Sun is in Leo and is marked by the star Sirius moving closer to earth and aligning in Orion’s belt, which perfectly syncs up with the Pyramids in Giza.

Who is affected by Lions Gate Portal opening? 
Mostly Starseeds are affected by this opening of energies. The connection to the cosmos flows through as we are the antennas and we automatically receive from this shift into higher consciousness. Preparing our minds, body and soul for this level of energies that brings us into our higher selves.

What beings are connected to this energy?

The Sirians are the snake, lion beings that are connected to this energy. Isis, The Hathors, Durga, Shiva, Shakti, Horus, The Nagas as far as our ancient beings are concerned. These beings are here to support this energy to activate you. Some of you may have been seeing visions or signs of these beings. What you can do is also call these beings into your field and ask for assistance at this time, or just let the God field do it's work as it comes.

Why should we connect to this energy?
We are innately connected to the energy that comes through. We have no choice in the matter. Some feel it more than others.

What is the result of connecting to this energy?
This is a an energy that brings in resolve in what we need to work on. Most of us have issues or worthyness. This is why so many of us are sick in some shape or form. Many of us have relationships cannot be sustained or the income of abundance is not flowing in. And those who say, no I am good with all of this still are not completely happy and satisfied unless someone recognizes their worth. We are here to transcend and transform any of these while we are in a body, for our mental capacities are here to evolve into what is truth of our existence.

My experience lastnight and into today was transformative already. Being in my heart space and diminishing the ego mind space. The energies were so strong even yesterday that I, my daughter and even her father while celebrating our daughter's birthday had to take a nap with no choice, one at time to receive and explore the astral plane. The energies were dense, heavy, and tiring. In the evening as soon as I closed my eyes I saw cat beings.. and I immediately blacked out, which is unusual for me. I slept long and deep and I woke up with a energetic buzzing sensation. I still feel this energy running up and down my spine as I cannot make out exactly what it is doing, but I can feel my heart energy massively large as you might actually feel this energy in your own heart as you read this blog.

During this time expect lots of cleansing energies as Gaia/Mother Earth will be shifting her oceans and bubbling up her heart chakra herself. Which may bring lots of floods. It's just started, but as I mentioned this before in my other transmissions for those who live in America, this will start to hit home too. For the rest of the world, it's already started and will start to get more active, doing more "damage" to the infrastructure, leaving us with rescoping for what humanity really needs. Get ready for a ride. This is only the beginning.

Shifting Times with Male & Female Relationships + Energies

Ladies and Gentlemen,
This week has been a very interesting time for the male and female energies, it all started on March 6th, the day of my NYC Surrender Workshop. At the workshop we had more males attend than females, which was the first time I have ever experienced that. Usually, women attend more of these spiritual gatherings due to their likeliness of being more open minded. I had told the group that it's very auspicious and symbolic as men's spirituality is rising and connection as well. But also, women need to harness their masculinity and connection to men even more so now. Essentially, to find a balance of energies within. On 11-11-2015 I had a conference call event describing the Merging of the Feminine and Masculine Energies (https://www.facebook.com/events/410209255840818/ ) and on that call I described that, that day is the beginning of a new time on the Earth of how and where these energies are merging. I also said on that call that the information that I shared was strictly for them only and maybe there will be a time that I will share the details of that call at a later time. The second wave of this energy was January 6th 2016 and  March 6th, 2016 was the third wave coming through. These past two days I have been receiving more downloads about what the energies are brining forward at this time.

We are facing a shift in energies with the males accessing their feminine energies and women accessing their masculine energies. To be more exact, a man becoming less dominant and woman stepping into more strength. For thousand of years women have been oppressed, kept at bay, authorized by their Father, Husband, and Society. The divine feminine was shut out by the newest and most influential religion of the Western World only making a Mother sacred and this was effecting years of how men looked at women. The collective consciousness was being effected by generations of harboring women’s abilities and their energetic qualities that bring forward energies such as compassion, selflessness, tenderness, understanding, natural healing, openness, sensuality just to name a few. Men have suffered by leading their lives through their egocentric ideals such as; they need to be in control, they are competitive, they shoot guns, they fight, they can have rage, they lead not follow a woman. Energies on the planet have been male dominated and we receive as a collective just the opposite. Unfortunately, the collective can strongly run through the generations of programming that women lose their abilities to step into their true feminine power and men with their true masculine power. We have defined these roles for centuries leaving us with lots of disharmony between the male and female, but also leaving us with unbalanced males and females.

So I tell you this, that we are living in a time that the planet is supporting this energetic shift greatly. She, Earth, is starting to collapse those old paradigm collective conditions and create balance instead of paradoxes between the two sexes. We are seeing these changes is Sex, Courtship, Leadership, Financial Incomes, Parenthood, and Self Care.

This is a time where having sex just for pleasure or dominance can no longer be done anymore or it has great repercussions of suffering if it is done. Sex between humans has always been been a sacred act, but hardly seen that way in this day and age. We went through an era of having sex through our minds, which as a result sex became perverted because of this.  Now, instead experiencing through the mind the sexual pleasure comes from experiencing inner bliss together and an energetic union like no other. Some of you may already be experiencing this. The taboo of sex and it’s acts are becoming less taboo and the freedom of showing body parts, hence “free the nipple” movement are becoming more expressive in it’s natural beauty. Women breast feeding is becoming a trend again (thank god) and we are experiencing more love and respect for man and female body expression.

We all know that men have always been the ones to seek their lady and court her with his passion for her showing off his virility and his will to support her. This is changing so much now. Women don’t have to be picked up and saved anymore. Women are very independent and even the independent ones fall into this trap of being “courted”. There is a bit of a trickster that comes with this as no man can ever know his fate of his virility or capabilities to support his woman. It’s not a man’s fault as society has built this in them to court women this way. The change is that women don’t need to be courted anymore, but rather feel a deep connection to the man of which compliments each other’s nature. No one does the picking anymore, it’s a mutual effect and in this itself is already balanced. What else is showing up is that women are no longer tied to a man that in the same age or older. She has permitted herself to be with a younger man. The soul not knows age or circumstances, it only knows true harmony and love between two. Therefore, this is becoming more seen in the world now.

With that said, men and women’s leadership roles are changing now. You can see this very clearly in the media now, through women’s rising in politics, corporations, entrepreneurship, and just in your own little community.  Now this doesn’t leave a man’s work in the dust, it just means that men and women come together and unify mental decisions rather than women always relying on a man to work it out. Women are finding their inner strength without being egotistical and dominant and men are finding their softness without being a pushover or feeble. Men are respecting women more now, even though some men struggle with this. Their ego has been conditioned for so long to be in control and lead the way for others and especially women, even when they shouldn’t be granted that leadership. This leadership isn’t just in the office or at school functions, but in the household as well. Allowing for man and woman to come together as leaders, rather than having a man make all the big decisions.

The leadership qualities turn up for good financial benefits for anyone, including women. The changes have been seen for decades now, but coming into this year we are going to see a great increase. Even now, men are still trumping women on their salary incomes. A study in 2014 was shown that women in the same roles are only getting paid 79% of what men get paid. Now, men I know are already getting nervous, because they are thinking less for me. There is some for everyone. A lot of men are starting to be a stay home husband and take care of the household and perhaps the children as well while his beloved wife does what she needs to do.  This has been very beneficial but at the same time not beneficial as women cannot act like a women at the office. She is forced to act more masculine of which creates unbalance within her. This shift in the woman changes the man’s energy to being more feminine and suddenly they are in a place where they cannot make love or they find the balance else where. It’s a gentle balance without the tipping of the scale for men and women with encompassing of the energies and this is happening now. With this movement, women could be with a younger man if they wanted and support him, but in exchange there is this goddess like adornment and respect. Giving a man and woman freedom of breaking through society’s perceptions, mind programming.

In Parenthood, men are pushing baby strollers, which has been an epidemic in just the past 20 years or so. Men are really stepping up to the plate with evidence of changing baby diapers, feeding, and rocking their children to sleep. It’s not just that the Father is disciplining his children and teaching them. It has gone beyond that, making men more in touch with their feminine side. This shift alone is huge and creating a new generation of children, that are closer and have better communications with their Father figure. Father’s are also encouraging their daughters to follow their dreams just like they would with their sons. They giive them pep talks and embracing their daughter's femininity rather than fighting it. Women are also getting more involved with their sons and not just by watching their games, but by being a coach or playing catch with them for practice. It’s been a wonderful trade off in parenting, which is a huge contribution for the next generation. Even though this seems balanced, there is still room for change as the shift is that we are to become more conscious as how parents treat each other in front of their children. This is one of the biggest impacts to the future of relationships between male and female as a whole.

Finally, this is where self care comes in as one cannot love the other and accept them fully if they don’t love and accept themselves fully. When we are in a relationship, especially a marriage we choose to place a mirror in front of us. What you are receiving from the other person is what you think of yourself or lack of. It’s a learning process and we are learning that we have to know ourselves more to be more clear with others. To truly take care of yourself and love yourself is not something you ponder upon but something that you think comes naturally because you go to the gym or you get massages every once in a while. It goes far beyond this as these are not excess but essentials most of the time. Our self care has also been a societal discernment. Men and women have gender roles of how they care for themselves. One way is more masculine or feminine than the other. I have noticed that a lot of men want “alone time” in their own home of which in America they go and sit in a room alone or with just male friends aka a “man cave”. Usually a man needs this because a women has energetically taken over the living space with feminine decorations or some because they want to be away from just the energies of the woman or the family as a whole. Although women never claim to have such a room, but rather a room of their own that they could share with others. It's been proven that women have been trying to copycat men in the recent say 100 years to get ahead but that is starting to fall away. Many of us know our Grandmothers to be selfless and always thinking of others and putting herself last. This pattern is breaking now and our beloved Grandmothers are self caring for themselves more and more. Again, this leads an example to our daughters. The awakening of self love and self care starts with the understanding of the patterns that we harness within us and how we have been perceiving relationships to the opposite sex and same sex. Who lead your ideas of what a man and a woman should be like and have they been conscious enough to show you balanced individuals.

The time has come where this global collective of how we believe a man and woman should be is in thick of this shift. Some of you already feel it and see it. Perhaps, some of you will start to see it more after reading this. The change starts with you.

Before and After a Spiritual Awakening

I recently posted on my social media 

"Throwback 13 years ago! My, my how times flies. Pre-awakening!

To all my psychics, intuitive readers and empaths, what do you pick up off of this picture what I was going through. Let's see if you are correct!"

A lot of people wrote that I was sad, searching for love, work or spirituality, pensive, depressed, hurt, struggling with an addiction, lost in life, disappointed, physically and emotionally betrayed, lonely, feeling rejected, heavy hearted, just to name a few.

The truth of the matter was that I was actually the happiest I have been there in a long time. I had an amazing, supportive, loving, open and trust-worthy boyfriend, I was living in a beautiful place, traveling the world, modeling something I wanted to do since I was a little girl, acting here and there, going to school for Communications, healthy, best shape of my life, worry free, having fun, didn't have a care in the world, the only thing I was addicted to was my boyfriend's love and feeling free. But there was obviously something not right and it's quite simple see. It wasn't a conscious thought that I had known then. I wasn't feeling any disapproval of myself, I just was always feeling there was something more to this life, to this reality. 

I always knew that love was the answer and in that love is where the truth resides. I loved myself, to take care of myself physically, emotionally, and mentally. However, I didn't love myself enough to go deep within to release any pain that I had endured throughout my life and to seek my ultimate truth, of which resonates with the entire Universe. Big lofty ideals for a young woman, but 7 years after my pre-awakening photo I had a colossal experience that shifted and changed me physically, mentally, emotionally, and most of all energetically. You see we can take a pretty picture and we can blow people away with beauty, but to touch someone energetically is the biggest gift to one another we can give.

Soul Rising Retreat 2015 with Val

I will be having my first retreat in New York State's, The Catskill Mountains . The retreat will be for 4 days and 3 nights at the Menla Center.

This will be the kind of retreat that will change something inside of you, shifting your consciousness, allowing for your body to attune to a higher frequency, allowing for clearance to have your true soul self come through.

Because I work with Source Energy, I allow for the energy to choose the time, the places and it even chooses who attends. This is going to be a very special retreat for the souls who are meant to be there.

This particular area of the Catskill Mountains holds a strong connection to my soul, which runs through to my ancient past. Why I Don't Watch The News

This post may come across as absurd but to some it might actually open your mind. Here is my take and feeling on the News in the Media -  I don't watch it, I don't read it. Perhaps this may sound close minded to some or naive to others or most, but it doesn't matter. I have many reasons why I don't watch the News, for one it's always bad news in which it disturbs my whole being. Now you say, that is so self-centered. Actually yes it is. My whole world is right here, me, my daughter my family and that is the most important news to me.

In the past before we had Televisions, News Papers, the Internet we had news and it was always there through local word of mouth. Some were even psychic and would tell the leader of the community their visions as they were not taken lightly. The point is, before the New Age of technology we were effected by local news and local news only. We, Humanity had no clue what the Saudi's were doing, and probably not even what the rest of the country were doing. We didn't care what was going on until we had to deal with it personally. Now one can argue that even something happening across the ocean does now effect you. Yes, perhaps, but most likely Not. Most of the problems are all tied to people's money. Are we really attached to our money that much that we are willing to relinquish our happiness? It seems so. So many of us have anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger issues, amongst other more serious mental disturbances due to the anxieties of the media, the News. This is why so many turn to gossip magazines so we can take our minds off of worldly problems and sink our mind into nonsense that doesn't effect our life at all, along with reality shows, tv series, movies, etc.

Think about this whole terrible cycle we are creating into the collective consciousness as it's become a disease in itself to be addicted to The News and we know that the News doesn't mean good news. It may give you a speck of it, to then give you a story of more terrible bad news. To be even more controversial, The News isn't giving you what is 100% true anyway, so why watch it? 

I was never one to follow the herd, so it comes easy for me to not watch The News. If you tried it for just a month or so, I bet you will feel some sort of relief in just that small amount of time.

The Hole in the Wall Gang Charity

Here is a video from when ValSecrets.com had a charity event for The Hole in the Wall Gang.

This Year I will be giving to my favorite charity, "The Hole in the Wall Gang" which is a wonderful organization that has a camp in Ashford, Connecticut which allows for children with terminal diseases to enjoy their lives in a supportive, nature filled, fun environment. This organization was founded by actor, director, philanthropist Paul Newman in 1988.


This man is a true inspiration to me. I don't know any other public figure that has made such leaps and bounds to help others. A beautiful man with a beautiful heart who is truly connected to his soul.

He even has food products which a percentage of profits goes to Charity. Truly a spirited being. Thank you Mr. Newman, you are missed.

Thanksgiving from the Natives Perspective

Spiritual Baptism

We decided to have Anastasia Valeria baptized at our beautiful home on November 2012. I loved the idea to do it around nature and in a close family circle.  So, I set up an alter for Jesus Christ in our living room, adoring his photo and bringing him to life with flowers and fruits. 

Part of our backyard, beautiful swans swimming around that day. Swans are very symbolic, they signify purity, transformations, union.

Setting up

I set up chairs and long benches for the family to witness the initiation into Christ-Consciousness.

Me when I was 3 months old, almost the exact same age as Anastasia during her baptism.

This is my dress from when I was baptized in October of 1979, Anastasia wore it for her 32 years later.

This is when Linda was reading and performing the ritual.

This picture is absolutely amazing. It was taken at exactly 1:11pm when Anastasia was Baptized into the Christ Energy by Linda & remotely by Abdy. As you see in this photo the manifestation of the Christ Energy coming through while Linda calls out to Jesus Christ to give her blessings.. The photographer took 3 photos at 1:11pm and this photo was the only one that had this magnificent bright luminous light come through upon Anastasia and all of us in the room as well. You can feel the divine light through this photo.

This is the ritual if you choose to do this with your child. I have edited/created my own version of which I connected to the Christ-Consciousness during this creation.

Spiritual Husbands and Fathers

We are at a very beautiful Spiritual time in which many beings are transcending into their full potential of their human higher - selves and can share their "powers" connected to Source, God, the Universe (whatever you want to call it) with us. 

There's something wonderful and fresh about this new wave of enlightened beings and it is that they are also amazing Fathers and Husbands;
Abdy Electriciteh, Mas Sajady, Gurunath Siddhanath (Grandfather also) are ones that I know of and have experienced their gifts.

We've had many enlightened beings in the past 200 years, 2,000 years, 30,0000 years,  that have given us their words of universal wisdom and some even shaktipat but they never were a living example a human life, with a family.

Many gurus, masters, ect. can explain oneness, but to understand the balance of male and female,  man and woman,  divine feminine and divine masculine is a true mastery of LIFE.

We can experience so much meditating,  going inside yourself and feeling bliss,  oness, universal code and that's powerful. However, the true challenge of being human and spiritual transcendence is in the experience of harmony in marriage and raising  children/ beings/souls onto this planet that will be powerful hightened people that will live consciously and harmoniously.

Through these heightened children the group consciousness be cleared of pain, suffering,  fear and turned into peace, love and expansion.

I thank these new spiritual Husbands and Fathers for their example of being a servant of God not just by sharing their spiritual gifts, but by showing us how to live a life as human on this plane.

I myself as a Mother can give "shaktipat" and  experience oneness. God willing I will too be able to have a harmonious marriage and raise conscious children so that I may awaken human souls of this new golden spiritual age to live a true spiritual harmonious life.

Levitation and Giant Orbs during an Abdy Session

ABDY. He's just amazing. This is an event this past December in NYC. You can see the GIANT WHITE ORBS surrounding he and I. , You will also notice that I am LEVITATING. I was chanting OM for over an hour during this session, because Abdy psychicly asked me to. Everytime I see Abdy, I come closer to what we all wish for,, God. During this session, I was in higher dimensions, feeling oneness with all.

My Hugs with Amma in 2014 and the Past

Today is a day to celebrate a Guru, your spiritual or academic teacher in India, "Guru Purnima".

Because Amma is Indian and I went to go see her recently I thought I would dedicate this to her today.

Amma, "The Hugging Saint" has taught many through her words, but for me she has been more like a healer.

I went to go see Amma this past week and experienced something within myself that felt good in which I saw so much change and healing within myself.  The first time I went to go see Amma I was in the venue, not even close to where she was sitting on stage and I went into a no-mind state of being. In the midst of a hasty conversation I went into a state of peace and stillness. I started to laugh at this silly argument and decided that there was nothing wrong, that whatever will be, will be.  The person arguing with me saw this shift and felt my new state of being and so the conversation was interrupted with a kiss. This time I felt tranquil, but glowing inside. I felt I was in the field of love, but I could handle this new love vibration. I was use to being in this field, in this state of being so my body had no different effects from the usual. I was really happy about that. I was at peace with everyone, but mostly at peace with myself.

The first time I saw Amma three years ago, when I hugged her I started to cry and cry and then when I was taken away from her my kundalini went off and I was crying for about an hour after that. There was so much pain inside me then that I haven't healed. When I went to go hug Amma this time, I could barely look at her as my eyes couldn't handle her inner light. My eyes were twitching and I felt I was outside of my body as I was holding my daughter to approach her for a hug. As I lean in for a hug with my daughter in my arms, Amma chants something in my ear which was very different from the first time I saw her she would say "My daughter, My daughter" over and over again rocking me like a baby. This time she just held me in her bossom and at first I started to cry, but not over my sorrows but because I missed her light and then suddenly the crying stopped and suddenly I feel oneness with her and I begin to say "Ahhh" and she does the same. She lifts me up, looks at me in my eyes and says "I love you", I say, "I love you too!". I was in a state of bliss afterwards. You know those laugh-cries.

I then went to go see her the next day and I went to go hug her one more time, and this hug was different also, I felt so clear and wonderful. I felt that I was tuned up to the energy, I could look at her this time and I was in my body. I went to hug her and she again chanted in my ear and I felt such love, such beauty, such grace. When I got up she opened her mouth with a smile of excitement and threw rose peddles at me. I literally skipped away from her. I felt so wonderful.

She has embodied the Divine Mother and we are so lucky to experience her in our lifetimes. I surely feel lucky.





  

Our Father/Pater Noster Heart Opening Mantra

A month before Easter Sunday of 2014 I was told by God, the source, that I was to have a light session on Easter. My mind told me to have my immediate family there, my parents and siblings. 

I am not a church goer but I decided to attend on this day to be united with family. We attended a Christian Church in Clark, New Jersey which didn’t feel holy to me. However, once the people in the church started to chant a special prayer the whole place lit up. 

The Christians started to chant “Our Father” also known as “Pater Noster” in Latin.

I have realized that this prayer is a mantra of heart to God the Father. My heart exploded as I with the people chanting this powerful prayer/mantra. Suddenly I felt the light all around me -inside of me and I was transmitting the source energy to the whole church, including my family. No one would ever know that I was being used as a vessel of love transmission, Christ energy was flowing. Tears were flowing down my cheeks as every word that was said through the prayer was more and more of a heart opening and my understanding of Christianity and my carnation into this life being born as an Italian Catholic. My piecing of the puzzle was forming fast and I felt the pure essence of this mantra, “Our Father”. I thought I was to have a traditional session but instead I was surprised during the church ceremony while people's hearts opened, so did mine and the energy came through. I knew I was to have a session that day, I just had no idea that it was to be that way. I always say this, and I will say it again, I have no control of when the energy is to come through and this was a perfect example of it.

Among all of the ritual prayers, the most powerful is the Our Father (Pater Noster, also known as the Prayer of the Lord). This is a magical prayer of immense power.

Pater Noster - Our Father

Also known as "The Prayer of the Lord."

It is recorded in scripture in the Bible, in Matthew 6:9–13 and Luke 11:2–4.

This is the common version of this prayer in English:

"Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. 

Thy kingdom come. 

Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. 

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. 

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Why are so many people changing their lives drastically?

I have received this download a long time ago, but have not been complete till I started to write about it now.

We are in a time that truth can only be sustained. Governments, Financial Systems, Religion,  and this is including even in our micro worlds of relationships are all at a time of collapse and renaissance, a new beginning.

You will notice that many people are splitting up at this time or have stopped being friends. Also, people are being fired or quitting their jobs, just like that. There is a reason for this. This reason is because their relationship to the other person or the job is not on a vibrational level to what is happening spiritually to this planet, which is connected to the Universal law of one.

In the past people would stay together or not leave their job for the sake of family, society, religion, and finances. However, now people do not care about these "issues" anymore. We are in a time now that the unified consciousness does not sustain deception, lies, loveless interactions, greed, selfish acts. We are in a vibrationally higher field of consciousness of which it supports only truth and love. Many people are getting physically sick, such diseases that kill because their soul has decided to leave this high vibrational frequency and to restart in a new body which will be easier for them sustain.

There are some people that don't even notice what is happening in their mind, but energetically in their physical body or soul they are changing, in pain and in denial of all of it. Once they start to feel the new wave of frequency and allow for the change to happen, they can start to flow again in their lives. For a wise Master once said, "The truth shall set you free" -Jesus Christ.

Therefore, be grateful for the experience of the pain, which brought you the the change of the light and be grateful to be done with it. As it served you for the time that you were in it. Start to notice that it's not just happening in your micro world, the whole world is shifting, to find a new relationship to humanity.

Heart Chakra Captured by Camera

 

These photos were taken at my last NYC session while my daughter was there. The energy was quite strong at this point in the session. Alan Steinfeld took these photos with my camera one right after another. This was the first photo taken from the series. If you are sensitive to the energy, you can feel the energy through the photos.

 

In this third photo you can see that a light comes through the center of my chest. Which lights through my daughter's neck and touching her face. The light is a greenish color, the color of the heart chakra, exactly located on my heart chakra. The lens of the camera captured my heart chakra lit up. 

This is just a blown up version of the same  photo above to show you the greenish light. It's quite remarkable.
