September 27th, 2015 Blood Moon Changes

I wanted to share with you how people keep telling me how they are feeling very different these days, and most significantly after our last Blood Moon which was September 27th, 2015.

You see the thing is that we are shifting into a time where Earth is harnessing a new dimensional frequency. Did I lose you yet? Meaning, that our planet is supporting higher levels of vibrational patterns, creating a finer source of energy for nature, animals, and humans. So what does that mean for you? Well, some of you that are already on the path and have done the work, shifting into higher consciousness which means, release of patterns, mental program and belief systems. One that can feel, understand and enjoy energy. This is very rare, as I myself have not reached this level of purity yet, but I can attuned to the higher consciousness at any moment.  In this 5th dimensional reality we become "the watcher" of who, of ourselves. And ultimately, there is no one to watch but ourselves. Once we practice this, life starts to get interesting.

So I say this, Welcome to the ascension energy as we are all experiencing 5th dimensional reality. Some of you are experiencing physical ailments like nausea, dizziness, sleepless nights, vertigo, cry spells, fevers, viruses breaking out, dehydration, change in eating habits, anxiety, depression.  Others might be experiencing lots of turbulence in family affairs or with their partner.

Your business might take a leap if you're on the right path, others might feel stagnant or regressing which will make you question your state of affairs. You're experiencing more spiritual sequences, energy, and illumination upon nature like never before. You're feeling vulnerable, intuitive, and connected to people and to some not so much as you are seeing their true colors.  You may feel a deeper need for change. If you aren't transforming, you aren't living!  The world is supporting those who are on a spiritual path and so I ask you to join the moving train.

New Moon aka Shivratri

Enjoy the New Moon, aka Shivratri.
"When the Moon is new, the Luminaries -- the Sun and Moon -- are aligned in the same Zodiac sign. That makes it a charged time with concentrated energies of that sign. A New Moon is a symbolic point of attention, and a symbolic portal for new beginnings.
New Moons are a great time to set intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest. There are many ways to initiate this communion with the Universe from lighting a candle to elaborate rituals. What matters is that you're committing yourself to your vision, and open to receiving guidance, healing, support from Spirit."

In the comments area write your intention and I will empower it, in addition to the cosmos.

I Yearn For Africa

Some of us hope and dream about seeing certain places, people, or
things before our time is up. One of my dreams was to go to Africa. I
went in 2005 with my boyfriend at the time and his friends. Africa is
not your typical vacation. Africa in fact is more like an adventure,
especially if you leave any major city in Africa. I remember landing
after a 24 hour trip to get there, I took a deep breath walking out of
the airplane and the air was completely different from what I was use
to. The smell and the way it tickled my skin was unfamiliar, but so
very familiar at the same time. I knew this was going to be a
challenging and interesting trip.

We started in African civilization, a beautiful city called Cape Town.
I was completely fascinated by the magnificence of the nature but also
by what was unnatural. The mountains, ocean, beach sand, small wild
animals, and the wild vegetation was so amazing to see. What was most
unnatural was the people that lived there. The very rich living on the
hill tops in their super mansions to the very, very, very sick and
poor living in the dirt valleys in 4x4 tin houses. None of this is
visible in the heart of the city, unless you drive to be there. I was
immediately immersed in the culture, but not knowing what was ahead.

Later going to the Skeleton Coast of the Namibian Desert I was no
longer wearing a purse but rather a backpack with safari gear. Never
mind, cell phones, internet or tv. We were in a place where most
people cannot live. Wow, what an amazing place. All desert not a drop
of water until you hit the coast. It was about 110 degrees during the
day and at night it went down to 40 degrees. Seeing amazing wild
animals like hyena, giraffe, elephants, and even a seal colony. The
seal colony was cool to see, but the smell was intolerable. I am one to
gag very easily, but that smell would make anyone gag. Quick sand,
dunes, and hills of beautiful gems covering the earth as if we were on
another planet. It was all so surreal. We then met the people of the
land. The people of the land, called the Himba Tribe. The Himba people
Live in the desert village that is as big as 2,000 square feet with
homes made out of elephant dunk, the size of a small tent. The people
were so happy to see us. The children have never seen a video camera
where they could see their image. I remember kneeling down to show the
little boy who was probably 3 to see what I had recorded of him and he
was so bewildered but fascinated. I was charmed by how the people
lived such a simple life but yet still were so happy.

After Nambia we took a private plane to Botswana. In Botswana we stayed
at two different camps, being able to see the different parts of the
country. We saw wild lions, zebra, vultures, kudu, hippos, crocodiles,
baboons, eagles, and on and on and on. Yes, we were no longer in
humans world. We were indeed in the animal kingdom. But with all of
it's fascinating beauty there was more than just great photos or even
a great story to tell. Africa taught me a lesson of life that will
stick with me for as long as I live.

To me, Africa is origin of the world. I felt comfortable there, even
though for most people its probably not the most comfortable sleeping
in a tent at night when you hear lion's roar in the distance. I saw a
giraffe giving birth and then seeing the baby giraffe taking its first
steps after 30 minutes of it's existence. I saw about 60 vultures
fight to eat the placenta of that the mother giraffe left behind. I
witness a lion hunt, a elephant tear down a tree, a hyena attack a
baby seal, and a rattle snake attacking a human. Okay, I am a girly
girl, but I don't mind getting dirty. However, Africa can surely
challenge even a man's masculinity. For an example, I would quote on
quote take a shower and I would feel that I smelt cleaner before I
took the shower. I was eating things that I never thought in a million
years I would eat. I was waking up at 4am every morning to go on
safari so that we would beat the heat of 130 degrees in the shade. I
never felt heat like that in my whole life. Your mind and body was
challenged everyday. You were surrendering yourself to your
environment and that is truly unusual to Western culture, especially
to a New Yorker. My boyfriend and I at the time saw this
transformation in our habits. We had changed. Africa had changed me.

Since I left Africa I have become a lot more conservative with the
amount of things that I have. I buy things when they are necessary,
not because I want it. I also have become a lot more environmentally
conscious. I am a lot more open minded with food as well. Most of all,
I don't take ANYTHING for granted. It was a true spiritual transformation to be
there in Mother Earth's raw state of being. It was so refreshing to the mind, body and soul.
Before we left for Africa we had met up with Umberto's (my ex) friend out for lunch before our trip and he was telling us that he went to Africa and I asked him how was his experience, all he could say was "I yearn for Africa". Now I know exactly what he means.

My ValSecret; Most of us always play it safe, try getting out of your
comfort zone here and there. You might just learn a thing or two about
YOURSELF.
**As a result, I yearn for Africa.

Here are some photos I took on my trip. I hardly look at these photos because the memories are engrained in my head pretty good. :)

Spook Rock - The Most Important Native Indian Landmark Remaining in NY

Today I decided to go on a spiritual adventure to go see in person this mystical rock. I can sense high energy/ holy energy from a distance. I had a soul calling to go here and to start this Native American Indian journey with a Spook Rock.

I had a calling towards Native Indian American's since this summer. I along with my soul brother, Ken Chi who was visiting New York , we both decided to have an energy transmission session at my home in West Nyack, NY on our lawn by majestic trees and just below an ancient creek running 30 ft below our feet. That day we decided to dedicate the event to a charity and the first charity that came to me was the "Nyack Indians" Reservation Charity. Ken and I later found out that the charity seemed discontinued and closed for business. Therefore, we decided to dedicate it to a Water Charity. Even though, we had changed the charity we had the spirits of the natives all around us while we were having the session with the participants laying on the earth on comfy blankets while inadvertently connecting to these ancient beings. During that session I received a download of which has stayed with me in regards to the Indians of New York.

This image is a photo of where Ken Chi and I had the session.

Pulling up to now the new shopping center called "Indian Rock Shopping Center" and driving closer to the rock I could feel the tingles in my hand, which was a confirmation that indeed this place was sacred.

Before it was a shopping center in 1996, it was an Boulder Farming Estate that was owned by Otis. H. Cutler, described by Evan T. Pritchard "It is a large rock sitting on top of other rocks, about fifteen feet above the street, perched on a high embankment that once afforded a clear view of the sloping mountain below. I could see that the two streets below had been trails, and that this was once a great crossroads."

According to Julian Harris Salomon, it is perhaps the most important authentic Indian landmark remaining in the entire New York metropolitan area. It was once on top of a high mound.

The Dutch would call it "Spuke Rock" or "Rock of Spirit", or "The Breath of Life".  The Natives would consider this spot holy, a shrine. Old accounts tell us it was "an abode of the spirit force, which for them was to be found in plants, trees, animals, and in all manifestations of nature."

From what I felt first hand was that the rock lies upon a vortex in connection to the spirit of Gaia, Earth and the land keepers of this area on Earth, the Native American Indian people.

Before I decided to go into the cave I was touching the outside of the rock. This 17,300 ton Proterozoic granite gneiss is .8-1.2 billion years old. I could feel the rock going through my bones.  The rock never warm and always being cold.  This glacial erratic was deposited here by the Laurentide Ice Sheet approximately 21,000 years ago.
Okay, so we decided to go into the cave of the rock. I was with my daughter and my fiance' and we all went in together.  It's a long narrow cave with enough head room for a person below 6'1". I immediately feel waves of energy come through me from my feet to my chest.

I close my eyes and I start to hum. The humming then leads to my feet shuffling amongst the dirt within the rocks cave. I could hear my daughter getting upset but, I wanted to let the high frequency energy take me as I knew I was there to learn something.

Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle, were my feet moving as they never have before. I could smell the dirt and I could feel the ancients surrounding the rock. I felt a deep connection of gratitude for my attendance as they have been waiting for me. After my understanding of the strong wiff of the dirt, I decided to open my eyes and I could see what was happening. I was dancing like a Native. My feet were dancing on their own, my mind had nothing to do with it and I could feel the purpose of this dance.

The whole point of the Indian's dance is to connect to Earth. As you shuffle your feet you are to let the dirt come up and remember where you come from, what gives you life, and be in harmony with the land that give you all that you need.

I had a hard time breathing in the cave. I felt like my chest was very compressed and I was coughing a bit. I walked out of the cave after 10 min of being in there. This morning I woke up with anxiety, from what was going on this past week and I was holding this energetically in my chest. I experienced the Natives, the Rock, Gaia, clear this anxiety in the cave. I didn't know what was happening then, but I am sitting writing this with no anxiety and I feel amazing. Spook Rock is indeed also a sacred healing place of which those who believe or even those who don't believe should go to experience this blessed spot given to us by our beloved Gaia.

My journey has embarked here, and I am allowing for the next exploration to call out to me.

Although I will be back soon to this sacred spot.
